Salties Shop Return & Refund Policy

30-Day, no-hassle returns. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.


How to start a return

  1. Email us at wil@drinksalties.com.

  2. We’ll reply with an RMA number, a pre-paid return label, and packing instructions.

  3. Ship the product to the address below only after receiving the RMA:

Packages sent back without an RMA will be refused.


Eligibility checklist

  • Item is in the same condition you received it (unopened, unused, seals intact).

  • Includes original packaging and proof of purchase.


Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, email wil@drinksalties.com immediately so we can make it right—replacement, store credit, or full refund.


Items we can’t take back

  • Perishables, custom or personalized items, personal-care consumables.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Questions about a specific item? Ask us before shipping it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item.

  2. Place a new order once the return is accepted.

 

Refunds

  • We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks/card issuers may need extra time to post the credit.
